CM Grievance Cell is an application for addressing public grievances in Odisha state. The objective of the app is to redress messages/ comments of citizens that boil down as complaints, information, suggestions or praises. The app also allows categorizing the sensitivity of the grievance and categorize it with genuine two way sentiment analysis. The complaints are further classified with respect to departments/ agencies/ collectors/ SP’s that can cater to them. Resolved grievances are then intimated to Chief Ministers Office and notified to complainant by adding text and images for necessary action taken.
The main features of this release are:
1. Push notifications whenever a message is received from admin authority
2. Checking message & replying instantly & on the go
3. Viewing reports on not replied or overdue messages
This is an initiative by Government of Odisha for addressing the grievance received through social media.
